2. Procedure

  1. The Raffle will run from 07-12-2022 (the " Opening Date ") to 14-12-2022 (the " Closing Date ") inclusive.
  2. A person can enter the Raffle by "liking" the Raffle post on Alpecin’s Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/alpecin.uk/) commenting on the hash tag #alpecinuk and following the Organiser's Instagram channel (@alpecin.uk).
  3. No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to participate in the Raffle, however you will need an internet connection and access to Instagram. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the Raffle, including in relation to use of the internet.
  4. The Organizer will not accept responsibility for Raffle entries that are not received or damaged or delayed, regardless of cause, including, without limitation, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
  5. Three winners will be drawn at random from all participants who meet the conditions of participation.
  6. Entering the Raffle does not, in any case, justify a claim to receiving the Prize.
