1. The Raffle will run from 01-07-2023 (the "Opening Date") to 22-07-2023 23:59 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
2. A person can enter the Raffle by "liking" the Raffle post on Plantur 39 Instagram page) commenting on the Hashtag #plantur39 and following the Organiser's Instagram channel (@plantur39_uk).
3. No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to participate in the Raffle, however you will need an internet connection and access to Instagram. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the Raffle, including in relation to use of the internet.
4. The Organizer will not accept responsibility for Raffle entries that are not received or damaged or delayed, regardless of cause, including, without limitation, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
5. Four winners will be drawn at random from all participants who meet the conditions of participation.
6. Entering the Raffle does not, in any case, justify a claim to receiving the Prize.

1. The winners will receive two Plantur 39 products worth at least £ 30 or such substitute prize which may be provided in accordance with paragraph 3(d) below (the "Prize").
2. Winners will be responsible for reading the label on the Prize and complying with any instructions and warnings regarding the use of the Prize.
3. Payment of the Prize in cash, in kind, its exchange or transfer to other persons is not possible.
4. In the event that it is impossible or unreasonable for the Organizer to issue the Prize, for whatever reason, the Organizer reserves the right to provide a reasonable substitute prize.

1. The Raffle is only open to persons with residence in the UK aged 18 years or over. In entering the Raffle, participants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize.
2. The Organizer may require participants to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Raffle.
3. The Organizer will not accept Raffle entries that are:
   automatically generated by computer;
   completed by third parties or in bulk;
   incomplete; or
   unlawful, in particular violate the rights of third parties or glorify violence, are offensive, harassing, derogatory or otherwise offend social decency.
4. There is a limit of one entry to the Raffle per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

1. The winners of the Raffle will be drawn randomly after the Closing Date among all eligible participants. Whether entries are complete and eligible will be determined at the Organizers’s sole discretion and the decision of the Organizer is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
2. Winners will be notified by direct message within two weeks of the end of the Raffle and asked for confirmation of acceptance. A participant may forego the Prize. In this case, the next participant in the order of winners will take his/her place. The handover of the Prize will be agreed individually with the participants.
3. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the Prize within a period of three days from receipt of the direct message asking for confirmation of acceptance, the Prize will be forfeited and the next participant in the order of winners will move up.
4. If the contact details provided are incorrect (e.g. invalid addresses), the Organizer is not obliged to find the correct addresses. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details shall be borne by the participants. The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if winners are not able to receive and/or use the Prize or if the Prize is lost or damaged during transport and/or delivery.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Organizer, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of receipt and/or use of the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence or intent of the Organizer, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

1. All Raffle entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Organizer will become the property of the Organizer on receipt and will not be returned.
2. By submitting a Raffle entry and any accompanying material (together the “ Content ”), participants: (i) agree that the Organizer may, but is not required to, make the Content available on its website and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Plantur 39 Products (ii) grant the Organizer a perpetual non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, under any intellectual property rights in the Content, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the Content for such purposes.

1. The Organizer will process personal information of the participants as set out in the Privacy Policy which can be found [https://www.plantur39.com/en-gb/data-protection] and as otherwise set out in this clause.
2. The Organizer may use such personal data in order to arrange the delivery of the Prize to the winners.
3. The Organizer may collect, process use and store personal data of the participants for the following legitimate interests: (i) analytics and research in relation to its products, (ii) quality and risk management reviews and legal reporting obligations, (iv) providing information about its range of products that are similar to the Prize, and (v) carrying out and managing its business operations

1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude participants from participating in the Raffle.
2. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to prematurely terminate the Raffle in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines, or to change its course if it is not possible for technical reasons (e.g. computer virus, manipulation or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition by Instagram) to ensure that the competition is carried out properly.

In addition to these Terms and Conditions of Participation, the relationship between the Organiser, the participant and Instagram is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Use, https://help.instagram.com/478745558852511, and the Instagram Data Policy (https://help.instagram.com/519522125107875/).
2. Participants acknowledge that the Raffle is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or organised in any way by Instagram.
3. To the extent permitted by law, by entering the Raffle, the participant releases Instagram from any liability for damages in connection with the administration of the Raffle.
