8. Data protection and publicity

  1. The Organizer will process personal information of the participants as set out in the Privacy Policy which can be found [https://shop.alpecin.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy] and as otherwise set out in this clause.
  2. The Organizer may use such personal data in order to arrange the delivery of the Prize to the winners.
  3. The Organizer may collect, process use and store personal data of the participants for the following legitimate interests: (i) analytics and research in relation to its products, (ii) quality and risk management reviews and legal reporting obligations, (iv) providing information about its range of products that are similar to the Prize, and (v) carrying out and managing its business operations
