9. General

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude participants from participating in the Raffle.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The Organiser reserves the right to prematurely terminate the Raffle in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines, or to change its course if it is not possible for technical reasons (e.g. computer virus, manipulation or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition by Instagram) to ensure that the competition is carried out properly.
