The ingredient 5,6-DHI is deposited in the hair during shampooing and reacts with the atmospheric oxygen to form the colour pigment. This enables a permanent colour effect that does not wash out but grows out with the hair. As soon as the desired colour result is achieved, it can be used alternately with a normal shampoo. To still supply the hair with the daily caffeine dose, we recommend using our Plantur 39 Phyto-Caffeine Shampoo and/or Phyto-Caffeine Tonic.  

First visible effects with Plantur 39 Anti-Grey Effect Shampoo Cool Tones can usually be expected after two to four weeks of regular use. However, the results can vary depending on the individual hair texture and the original hair colour.

No, Plantur 39 Anti-Grey Effect Shampoo Cool Tones is not a classic colouring product and can therefore be used without fear of discolouration. Neither the scalp nor the hands will discolour during shampooing. 

To avoid discolouration of surfaces in the shower, sink or on towels, shampoo leftovers should be thoroughly rinsed off. No discolouration is to be expected after washing and drying the hair.
